Favorite Food: Steak, steak and more steak. Steak skewers, to be precise, but she will settle for any juicy cut of red meat any way, any time. If you ask her specifically what her favorite food is, however, she will lie and tell you it's pudding.

Chie grew up in a sleepy backwater town along with her friend Yukiko. Right now she is working as a waitress at the bar where Yukiko is okami, and on her free days she tours different places in the city to a) find a steak place that's as good as the one back home, and b) check out various grad schools.
